Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipes, active leaks, sewage backups and no-water situations get priority scheduling and same day dispatch whenever we have a truck free.
Burst pipe or a water heater on its last legs — we answer the phone, show up when we say, and quote a flat price before we touch anything.
Serving North Park and central San Diego · Permits pulled on all required work · 1 year workmanship warranty
Tell us what is happening and we get you on the schedule. Emergencies get moved to the front of the line.
We find the actual cause instead of guessing, then write a flat price for the fix. You approve it before anything starts.
We do the work, pull any permits required, test it, and leave the space clean. Workmanship is warrantied for a year.
Residential and light commercial. Same crew whether it is a running toilet or a full repipe.

Cable and auger clearing for sinks, tubs, toilets and main lines. Camera inspection when the cause is not obvious.
High pressure jetting that clears roots, grease and scale a snake leaves behind. The right call for older cast iron laterals.
Tank replacement including Title 24 strapping, expansion tank, T&P relief and permit. All major brands.
Tankless gas installs with gas line sizing, venting and condensate routing done to code the first time.
Supply and drain line leaks located and repaired, including slab leak diagnostics before anyone opens concrete.
Camera inspection, spot repairs, and full line replacement. Trenchless options where the run allows it.
Whole home repipes in copper or PEX for galvanized and failing supply lines. Permitted and inspected.
Faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, disposals and water softeners. Rough-in and finish work for bath and kitchen remodels.
Plumbing quotes have a bad reputation for a reason. Hourly billing rewards moving slow, and a number over the phone is a guess. We do it the other way around.
We find the actual cause on site. No quoting a repair before anyone has seen the problem.
You get one number for the whole fix, parts and labor included. It does not move once work starts.
If the price does not work for you, that is fine. No pressure, no charge for the conversation.
Free estimates on all installations and replacements. Diagnostic fee on repair calls is waived when you book the work. After hours and weekend rates are quoted on the phone before we dispatch, never added to the invoice later.
Active leak, burst pipe or sewage backup — call now. Every hour of standing water is more drywall, more flooring and a bigger insurance claim.
Close enough that emergency calls in these neighborhoods get a truck fast, not a two hour drive.
Outside this list? Call and ask. For larger jobs we go further out across San Diego County.
It depends entirely on the job, which is why we do not quote over the phone. What we can promise is that a plumber diagnoses the problem on site, gives you one flat price in writing covering parts and labor, and does not start until you approve it. Estimates on installations and replacements are free.
Active leaks, burst pipes and sewage backups get priority over routine work. In central San Diego we can usually get a plumber out the same day, often within a few hours. Call and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
We are based in North Park and serve central San Diego including South Park, University Heights, Normal Heights, Hillcrest, Kensington, Talmadge, Golden Hill, City Heights, Bankers Hill, Mission Hills and Downtown. For larger projects we travel further across the county.
Estimates on installations and replacements are free. On repair calls there is a diagnostic fee to get a plumber out and figure out what is actually wrong, and that fee is waived when you book the repair with us.
Yes, on any work that requires one. Water heater replacements, repipes and sewer line work all require permits in the City of San Diego. We handle the filing and the inspection so it does not become your problem at resale.
Much of North Park, Kensington and South Park was built between the 1920s and 1940s on cast iron laterals. Those lines collect roots and grease and sit deeper than newer construction, which means longer cable runs and more frequent clearing. Hydro jetting usually solves what snaking alone cannot.
After hours and weekend work carries a premium over standard rates, and we tell you what it is on the phone before dispatching. No one finds out about it on the invoice.
We call back fast during business hours, and emergencies go straight to the top.
